I have been in the UX & Design business for 25 years and a design executive for the past 15. I started my career as an Interaction Designer.

My entire career has focused on UX design for enterprise SaaS products, where I honed my skills in translating business goals and objectives into simple, easy-to-use workflows and compelling user experiences. I have learned to speak design, business, engineering, go-to-market (GTM) and customer to bring different functional groups together to solve problems for and deliver value to our customers. In particular, I strive to build strong working relationships with Engineering that accelerate product development and reduce design and technical debt.

My focus has been on startups for the majority of my career. I thrive in high-pressure, fast-moving environments where I can tackle challenging new problems. I learned to work fast in a rapid design iteration style, delivering in hours/days rather than weeks/months. As a leader, I coach my teams to perform similarly.
